Will Justin Bieber be signing any autographs in London while he is doing his concert thing?
I live in London and i am willing to go anywhere in London or just outside. I really <3 Justin Bieber's music ect and i have his album and i've been trying to get tickets and information for concerts and signings. I will deeply appreciate any information you can give me.

he is in london right now,
on the 18th (monday)
he is going to be signing things like his album and stuff at HMV. you can get free wrist bands if you got to hmv at 8:00am to get the wristbands [i would go earlier coz there willl be alot of people] then you can do whatever and he is opening the doors to meet fans and sign things at 4:00pm
