   throw golf balls at the windshield. cracks the windshield and wont be able to see out of it clearly. or you can just shoot the driver.

   call the police not the local city the sheriff and tell them theres a suspicious vehicle caseing your house in the neighborhood act concerned then walk by when the sheriff rousts them out of the car

   You can just walk up to the car and make it clear that it is easy to tell they are watching you and that if they want to do it better they should find a better spot and pick a better car. Then if they do so slip out while they are thinking of a better place to park.

   Or if you have any windows or back doors take them and sneak around because they are obviously watching the front of your house.

   Or you can resort to the classic switch-a-roo. Call a friend who is about your height and build, have him come over, switch clothes (make sure he brings a hat or something to cover his face a little bit) and then both leave at the same time going opposite directions.

   To disable the car…. why would you want to do that if you can make them feel stupid and lose confidence in their skills. Expose their mistakes ha ha
