How do actresses attend movie premieres in winter wearing only dresses?

And they don’t seem to be shivering at all!
Isn’t the red carpet outdoors?
Is it magically heated or something?

I wondered for ages about this after watching the livestream of the Deathly Hallows Part 1 premiere and then visiting London to find that it was freezing cold there.

    Yes they have radiant heaters that go under the carpet so that it’s pretty warm

    some people are just not cold mongers.
    its chilly but you just deal with it…wearing a dress is similar to anything else i wish girls would dress more feminine and less like men.
