Okay so my friend Jasmin is 14 and she sings amazingly beautiful. She lives in FL. and she is obsessed with Justin Bieber, in six months he is going to be in concert, and Jasmin would like VIP tickets but there is no money to pay. Try contacting him on Twitter, I’ve heard several times he talks to fans. If he doesn’t reply to the first message, keep sending until he does, I heard about a girl who sent hundreds of messages and the last one said “I’ll give you a cookie if you follow me.” and he replied back “Followed. Now where’s my cookie?;)”
